afd and also pay the Sume of one hundred and Eight ^teen^ pounds of Tobacco to the
officers of this Court on the premisses afd                    It is also Considered by
the Same Court the Same day and year last mentioned That the Sherrif of Kent
County take the afd William John Gold into his Custody and Execute the
punishment in the Judgment afd Specified and afterwards to bring
him into Court againe Of which precept to wit John Gresham Gent.
Sherrif of Kent County makes return on the day and year last Said
that he hath Executed the punishment in the Judgment afd and also hath
here the Said John Gold before the Court

    Ordered by this Court that the afd Master pay the fees accrueing
on the premisses afd to the officers of this Court

    Ordered by this Court That the Clarke of this Court make out Sumons for
Such Evidences as the Clark of Indictments of the Same Court Shall be
fitt to direct

Phebe Johnson
On a Warrant from Col. Benjamin Pearce one of the
Justices of Cæcil County on an Oath of a Certain Howell
James and his wife That they had a Mollatto Child
from the afd Phebe  This Court thereupon orders
a Warrant to take the Same phebe to answer the Same  The Same
Warrant being made out And the Sherrif of Kent County returns that
he hath the Same Phebe as by the Same War.t is Commanded

    The afd Phebe in her proper person appears  This Court
orders that She give Security to Answer unto what Shall be objected ag.st
her on his Lordships behalf  And thereupon the Same Phebe Johnson
in her proper person Acknowledges herself Indebted to the Right hon.rble
the Lord Proprietary in the Sum of five pounds Sterling to be paid to his
Said Lord Ship his heirs and Successors in the Sum of  Conditionally that if
She Shall not appear any time dureing this Courts Sitting to Answer unto
what Shall be objected against her on his Lordships behalf and in the
mean time She is to be of good behaviour wherefore She Acknowledges
her Self Content
                        Also Griffith James of Said County planter present in
Court in his proper person and Acknowledges himself Indebted to the
Right honourable the Lord proprietarie in the Sum of five pounds
