345 Att a Court held for Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in March being the twentieth day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty two in the Nineteenth Year of the Dominion of Charles Absolute Lord and proprietarie of the provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c.a Before The Worshipfull
Jam.s Smith Clk Ord.rd George Garnett appointed Cunstable of Chester Hundred in the Room of James Gallaway And Ordered by this Court that the Same James be discharged &c.a The Sherrif of Kent County returns to this Court the pannel of the Grand Jury which is as foll. viz.t And the Court appoints
The Grand Jury all Sworn The Act against Horse Rangers read Charge given and Sent out Ordered by this Court that Caleb Beck Cunstable of Worton hundred be Discharged Ordered by this Court That John James of the Same hundred be over Seer in his Room And thereupon the Same John comes into Court and takes the Oaths according to Act of Assembly and also Subscribes the Test and Oath of Abjuration
