be leveyed on his Body goods and Chattles Lands & Tenements Conditionally
if the afd John Crackneal doth not make his personall appearance before
the Justices of his Lpps Court to be held at Chester Town in Kent County
the third tuesday in August Instant then and there to answer unto Such matters
as Shall be objected against against him by James Jones of Said County Sadle
maker Concerning an assault and Batery this day made upon the Said Jones
by the Said Cracknell So that if he do not Depart without leave of the Court
and till then be of the good behaviour then this recognizance to be void
otherwise to be & remain in full force and virtue in Law taken before me
one of his Lord Ships Justices of the peace for Kent County    Geo Skirven

    And now here at this Said Third tuesday in August being the fifteenth
day of Said Month Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and thirty two
came Tench Francis Gent Clk of the Indictments of this Court and prayd
that the afd John Crackneal might be called to appear to the afd
Recognizance And altho Solemnly called came not but made
default and So the Same was Continued untill next Court being
the third tuesday in Nov.r next

    Ordered by the Court here that the Clk of the Indictments of
this Court Exhibit and Information against the afd John Crackneal
on Acco.t of the afd assault

    Memorandum August 10 1732 James Jones of Kent County
Sadler maker acknowledged himself Indebted unto the right hon.rble the
Lord prop.ry of Maryland Ten pounds Sterling to be Leveyed on his
Body goods & Chattles &c.a  Conditionally if the afd James Jones
doth not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his
Lpps Court to be held at Chester Town the third tuesday of this
Instant August then & there to Prosecute in behalf of his
Lord Ships a Clark certain John Cracknel of Said Coty planter for an
assault & battery this day made by the said Crackneal on him
the said James Jones then this Recognizance to be Void otherwise
to remain in full force & Virtue in Law taken & Acknowledged
before me one of the Lord prop.rys Justices of the peace for Kent
County

    And now here at the Said Court on the third tuesday in August being
