August Court 1732 held for Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in August being the fifteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty one That the afd Thomas Tarrington as to the afd Indictment he go thereof with day and that he be therefrom acquit and also it is Considered That the afd Thomas Tarrington pay the Sum of five hundred ninety eight pounds of Tobacco costs Accrueing on the premisses afd &c.a Ordered by the Court here that John Gresham high Sherf of Kent County keep the afd Thomas Tarrington in Safe Custody untill the costs and Charges afd Shall be Satisfied Thereupon Thomas Alfree of Said County here in Court cometh and acknowledges that he will pay the Cost and charges afd due from the afd Thomas Tarrington Kent County fs Memorandum that on the 27 of June 1732 came M.rs Mary Dunn before me the Subscriber (one of his Ldships Justices of the peace for the afd County and did acknowledge herself to be justly Indebted to the Ld prop.r of this province to his Heirs & Successors in the Sum of Ten pounds Sterl to be Levey'd on her goods and Chattles Lands & TEnements Conditionally that if the afd Mary do make her personall appearance before his Ldships Justices of his Said Ldships Court to be held for this County on the third tuesday of August next to prosecute a Certain Thomas Tarrington as he now Stands Comitted to the Goal of the Said County on Suspicion of felony then the above recognizance to be void otherwise to remain in force &c.a Fred.k Hanson And now here at the Said third tuesday in August being the fifteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty two Came the afd Mary Dunn and in her proper person appeared and prayd that her afd recognizance might be discharged Ordered by the Court here that the Same Recognizance be disch.d This Court here discharges the Same recog.c Kent County fs Memorandum that on the 27 of June 1732 came James Ringgold befor me the Subscriber (one of his Ldships Justices of the peace for the justly Indebted to the Lord prop.ry of this province to his heirs and Successors in the Sum of ten pounds Sterl to be Levey'd on his goods and Chattles Lands & Tenements Conditionally that if the afd James do make his personall appearance before his Ldships Justices of his Lordships Court |
