309 At a Court held for Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in August being the fifteenth day of Said Month Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and thirty two In the Eighteenth Year of the Dominion of Charles Absolute Lord and proprietarie of the provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c.a Before his Lord Ships Justices being Present
There being Recognizances Returnd by the Justices against two persons for Commiting felony and no Grand Jury being Impanneld to this Court upon which This Court here doth ordered that the Sherf of Kent County Immediately Sumons a Grand Jury A Vencry being made out accordingly The Sherf of the Same County comes anf make return of the Same and the Jurors Endorsed which being called came to wit Edward Worrell foreman
The afd persons Sworn as a Grand Jury Charge Given and Sent out Ordered by the Court That the Clk of the Indictments have liberty to Issue Sumons for Such psons as he may think proper John Kenslagh Sworn as an Evid.c to the Grand Jury M.rs Mary Dunn James Ringgold and Joseph Gerard Sworn as Evidences to the Grand Jury against Thomas Tarrington Lydia Capt |
