Milboarn both of Kent County planters in their proper persons acknowledge themselves Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling Each to be paid to his Said Lord Ship his heirs and Successors to be made and leveyed on their bodys Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally That on Condition the afd Daniel Flinn Jun.r Shall not ap.r at next Nov.r Court to be held for Said County &c.a to give Evid.c against the afd Laughlin Flinn & Margaret his wife wherewith they acknowledged themself Content therewith The Same Laughlin and Margaret his wife ap.rs and the Court orders that the Clark of the Indictments Exhibits and Information against Same for dealing with Serv.ts of M.r James Holyday
Exhibits an Information ag.st Same for Dealing with a Serv.t of M.r Simon Wilmer &c.a without leave Ordered by the Court here That the Same enter into Recognizance with Suretys for his appearance to next Court to Answer the Same The Same Noah Hamton in his proper person Acknowledges himself Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterl to be paid to his Said Lord Ship his heirs and Successors to be made and leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he do not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in Nov.r next then and there to answ.r unto what Shall be objected against him on his Lord Ship behalf on Account of his Dealing with a Serv.t belonging to M.r Simon Wilmer without leave and in the mean time he is to be of good behav.r wherewith he Acknowledges himself Content And also at the Same time came Abraham Ambrose of the Said County |
