Gent high Sheriffe of Kent County makes return on the day & year last Said that he
hath Executed the punishment in the Judgment afd and also hath here the Said Margaret
Previn before the Court

Kent County fs Be it Remembered that on the
third day of Aprill Anno 1731 came William
Skipper before me the Subscriber one of the right
Hon.ble the Lord prop.rs Justices of the peace for the afd
County and did Acknowledge himself to justly Indicted to the afd Lord prop.ry to his
heirs and Successors in the Sum of ten pounds Sterl to be levyed on his Goods &
Chatles Lands & Tenements Conditionally that if a Certain Roger Fuzzon (Serv.t to
the afd William) do make his personall appearance before the Ld Ships Justices of his
Ld Ship's Court to be held for the afd County at Chester Town on the fifteenth day
of June next to Stand abide what Shall then and there be objected against him
the S.d Roger on Suspicion of felony then the above Recognizance to be void
Else to Remain in force

    And now here at this Court to wit at the Court house in the Town of Chester in
Said County on the third tuesday in June in the fif being the fifteenth day of Said
Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty one came the afd Roger ffouzzing
and appeared  Ordered by the Court here that the afd Recognizance be disch.d

    Thereupon the Same Recognizance is by this Court disch.d who was taken for
the appearance of the afd Roger there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary

    Kent County fs  Be it Rembered that on the third day of Aprill Anno 1731 came
John Davis before me the Subscriber one of the right Hon.rble the Lord prop.rs Justices
of the peace for the afd County afd County and Acknowledged himself to be justly Indebted to the
Same Lord Prop.rs his heirs and Successors in the Sum of Ten pounds Sterl to be Leveyed
on his Goods & Chattles Lands & Tenements  Conditionally that if the afd John
Davis do make his personall appearance before his Lordships Justices of his Said

afd Lord prop.ry on Suspicion of feloniously Stealing and bearing away one hair
Cloath out of the Custody of the afd John being the Goods and Chattles of a Certain
Thomas Aires then the above Recognizance to be void Else to Remain in force

hundred and thirty came the afd John Davis and in his prop.r person app.rs to
the afd Recognizance  Ordered by the Court here That the Same Recognizance
