191 his own use off the Land belonging to the heirs of George Wethersly deced Witness Henry Trulock The afd David being called came and in his proper person appeared to the afd Security for his appearance to next Court to answ.r the Same Thereupon the Same David Hall came and in his proper person acknowledged himself Indebted to The Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry of the Province of Maryland in the Sum of tenn pounds Sterling money of great Brittaine to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Leveyed on his Body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally That if the Same David Shall not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in August next then and there to Answer unto what Shall be objected against ^him^ on his Said Lordships behalf on the presentm.t afd wherewith he acknowledged himself Content And the Same Cont.d
