The Rules being suspended,, said bill was then read the third
time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows:

On motion of .Mr. Mitchell, two-thirds of the members elected
voting in the affirmative, the Rules were suspended by yeas and
nays, to allow Finance Committee to make a report on House Bill

Mr. Mitchell, from Finance Committee, reported favorably
House Bill No. 2, entitled "An Act making an emergency ap-
propriation for the payment of the expenses of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland for the extraordinary session of nineteen hun-
dred and thirty."

Which favorable report was adopted and bill read the second
time.
