On motion of Mr. Mitchell, two-thirds of the members elected
voting in the affirmative, the Rules were suspended by yeas and
nays, to allow the Finance Committee to make a report on Senate
Bill No. 2, as follows:

Beck Englar Levin Sasscer
Bouse Ensor Meyers Spedden
Chambers Fooks Mitchell Squier

NEGATIVE—None.

SENATE BILL NO. 2 FAVORABLY REPORTED BY
FINANCE COMMITTEE.

Mr. Mitchell, from Finance Committee, reported favorably
Senate Bill No. 2, entitled "An Act making an emergency ap-
propriation for the payment of the expenses of the General As-
sembly of Maryland for the extraordinary session of nineteen
hundred and thirty."

Which favorable report was adopted, read second time and
ordered printed for third reading.

On motion of Mr. Mitchell, two-thirds of the members elected
voting in the affirmative, the Rules were suspended by yeas and
nays as follows, for the purpose of placing said bill on third read-
ing:
