HOUSE BILL NO. 1 FAVORABLY REPORTED BY COM-
MITTEE ON ELECTIONS.
Mr. Hofferbert, from Committee on Elections, reported favor-
ably House Bill No. 1, entitled "An Act to add a new section to
Article 33 of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
'Elections,' sub-title 'Registration/ the said new section to follow
immediately after Section 29 and to be known as Section 29A of
said Article, changing the dates for the general registration of
voters and the revision of the registry books in Baltimore City, in
the year 1930, and modifying .the provisions with respect to the
revision of the registry books for the purpose of making the same
conform to the dates so fixed."
Which favorably report was adopted, read second time, and or-
dered printed for third reading.
On motion of Mr. Hofferbert, two-thirds of the members elected
voting in the affirmative, the Rules were suspended by yeas and
nays as follows, for the purpose of placing said bill on third read-
