1930] OF THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES. 23
The new registration days have been the subject of discussion
by the Baltimore City Senators, the Baltimore City delegates,
the Board of Election Supervisors of Baltimore City, the Attorney
General's Department and myself, and I believe that all agree that
the new days to be fixed should be Tuesday, September 16, Wed-
nesday, September 17, Thursday, October 9 and Thursday, Octo-
ber 16, with revision day on Friday, October IT.
Accordingly, bills substituting these days as the new registra-
tion days and the new revision day for Baltimore City for this
year only in place of the days now fixed by law will be sub-
mitted to both Houses of the Legislature.
Respectfully,
ALBERT C. RITCHIE,
Governor of Maryland.
Annapolis, July 29, 1930.
