SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the provisions of this Act
shall not limit the power of the Mayor and Council of Bruns-
wick to incur any indebtedness for the improvement, repair
and extension of its water system, or building of reservoirs
and acquiring title to land which it now possesses under the
provisions of the law.

Approved April 13th, 1922.

CHAPTER 373.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 5 of
Chapter 404 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, 1916, and codified as Section 211 of Article 11 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Frederick
County," sub-title "Fish."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 5 of Chapter 404 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, 1916, and codified as Section 211 of
Article 11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Frederick County," sub-title "Fish," be and the same
is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments, so as to
read as follows:

211. It shall be unlawful for any person to take, destroy,
capture or fish for any fish in any of the waters within the
limits of Frederick County, with any kind of seine or net, stir
net, drag net, gig or gig iron, fish baskets or fish pots, eel
weirs, brush or fascine nets, or by any means or contrivance
in the nature of a seine, except bait fish nets not over three (3)
feet long, at any time and dip nets between the 15th day of
March and the 15th day of April; and provided further, that
nothing in this section contained shall prevent anyone from
operating eel pots from September 1st to December 1st; and
further provided, that said eel pots for the rest of the year to
be open and raised, so that water can freely pass through them.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1922.
