CHAPTER 352.
AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Commissioners of
Prince George's County to co-operate with the State Roads
Commission in the construction of one and seven-tenths (1.7)
miles of a concrete road over the old roadbed on the Suitland
Road from the District of Columbia line to Suitland, and
to issue the bonds of Prince George's County to the extent
of twenty-five thousand ($25,000) dollars to pay for same
and to levy taxes upon the Sixth or Spauldings District of
said county to pay for the interest on said bonds and to re-
deem said bonds as they mature and become payable.

CHAPTER 353.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Chapter 14
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, Session
of 1918, entitled An Act to authorize the resident Judge of
the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County and the County
Commissioners of said county to expend money now in the
Court Library Fund in the refurnishing of the Court Room
and Library of said Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 14 of the Acts of 1918, entitled An Act
to authorize the resident Judge of the Circuit Court for Anne
Arundel County and the County Commissioners of said county
to expend money now in the Court Library Fund in the refur-
nishing of the Court Room and Library of said Circuit Court
for Anne Arundel County, be and the same is hereby repealed
and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the fund known as the Library Fund of Anne Arun-
del County, under the provisions of Chapter 615 of the Acts
of 1912, shall, from time to time, be disposed of as follows:
First—In payment of the contract price of books that were
contracted for before March 22nd, 1918, which books are de-
livered as published.
Second—For the purchase of such necessary books as the
Court may deem proper and necessary to purchase from time to
time.
