CHAPTER 332.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 21 of
Article 83 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, title "Sales

and Notices," sub-title ''Sales in Bulk," providing that cer-
tain sales by auctioneers shall be deemed sales in bulk.

CHAPTER 333.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 36D
of the Charter for the City of Baltimore, as adopted by the
voters of said city at the general election held in November,
1918, relating to the pensioning of certain aged or disabled
employees of said city.

CHAPTER 334.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 56 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, title '"Licenses," sub-title ''Motor Vehi-
cles," to be known as Section 138A and to follow immedi-
ately after Section 138 of said Article, directing the Com-
missioner of Motor Vehicles to furnish certain information
to the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore and the County

Commissioners of the several comities.

CHAPTER 335.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 19 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Maryland, title "St. Mary's County," sub-
title "County Commissioners,' to be known as Section 26D,
and to follow immediately after Section 26C of said Article,
requiring County Commissioners to give bond and perform
certain specific duties in addition to duties now imposed by
law upon them.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be added to Article 19 of the Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "St. Mary's County," sub-title
