State Game Warden may dispose of same as he may deem ad-
visable to the best interest of the State, and any Deputy
Game Warden, Constable, or other persons who shall procure
conviction of any person or persons violating any of the pro-
visions of this Act shall receive one-half of the fine collected,
and the remaining one-half of fine shall be paid to the State
Game Department or State Comptroller to be credited to the
State Game Protection Fund. Provided that any person who
fails to pay the fine so imposed shall stand committed to jail
until the fine and costs shall have been paid, but such imprison-
ment shall not exceed ninety days for any one offense.
SEC. 2. All laws, both local and general inconsistent with
the provisions of the section, whether passed at this session of
the Legislature or at former sessions, are hereby repealed. And
this Act shall take effect from June 1, 1922.

CHAPTER 302.
AN ACT to change the name of "The Home Friendly Society
of Baltimore City" to that of "Home Friendly Insurance
Company of Maryland."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the name of "The Home Friendly Society of Balti-
more City," as incorporated by certificate of incorporation of
record in the Charter Records of Baltimore City in Liber R.
T. A. No. 23, folio 336, and amendments thereto duly record-
ed in the Charter Records of Baltimore City in Liber J. B. No.
25, folio 411, Liber J. B. No. 28, folio 350 and Liber J. B. No.
30, folio 341., and further amended by the General Assembly
of Maryland, Acts of 1898, Chapter 524, be and the same is
hereby changed to that of "Home Friendly Insurance Com-
pany of Maryland.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That said corporation
by its new name shall hold all the property, enjoy all the rights
and possess all the powers and functions which were possessed
by or confered upon it, under its former name.
