CHAPTER 297.

AN ACT to repeal Section 184A of Article 27 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland, title "Crimes and Punishments,"
sub-title "Fraud—Poultry," as enacted by Chapter 650 of
the Acts of 1920.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 184A of Article 27 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland, title "Crimes and Punishments," sub-title "Fraud
—Poultry," as enacted by Chapter 650 of the Acts of 1920,
be and the same is hereby repealed.

Approved April 13th, 1922.

CHAPTER 298.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 188 of the Acts of 1894, relating
to fees to be charged hawkers and peddlers, in so far as it
applies to Garrett County, and to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Section 25 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland, title '"Licenses," sub-title "Hawkers and Ped-
dlers," as said section was amended by Chapter 600 of the
Acts of 1920, eliminating Garrett County from the coun-
ties exemepted from the provisions of said section.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 188 of the Acts of 1894 be and it is hereby
repealed, in so far as it applies to Garrett County, and that
Section 25 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland,
title "Licenses," sub-title "Hawkers and Peddlers," as said
section was amended by Chapter 600 of the Acts of 1920, be
and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments, to
read as follows:

25. For every such license there shall be paid the following
rates, to wit: For every license to travel on foot, the sum of
one hundred dollars; to travel with a horse or other beast of
burden and wagon or other vehicle, the sum of one hundred
and fifty dollars; with two horses or other beast of burden and
wagon or other vehicle, the sum of two hundred dollars; and
with a motor truck or motor vehicle of any description what-
soever, the sum of three hundred dollars. This section not to
apply to Anne Arundel Prince George's nor Cecil counties.
