within thirty days after the conclusion of said survey cause
to be published twice in two newspapers of said county the
bounds of said district.

4. For the purpose of providing for the registration of
voters in said district and the holding of elections therein the
said Supervisors of Election shall make all of the necessary
appointments and provide all of the necessary paraphernalia,
books and ballot boxes as other election districts are provided
for according to law in time for the next registration of voters
under the Public General Laws of Maryland, and all persons
who are entitled to register at said registration living in said
district shall register in said district.

5. From and after the next registration of voters in
said county for the purpose of the appointment of justices
of the peace and constables and for the distribution of road
funds and for all other purposes for which election districts
are taken as a political unit, the said Lanham Election Dis-
trict shall have the status of the other election districts of said
county.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1922.

CHAPTER 280.

AN ACT relating to aud requiring the sale and distribution of
water by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to the
County Commissioners of Baltimore County for the use of

said county and the inhabitants thereof; and providing for
the determination of the sales price of such water by the
Public Service Commission of Maryland, subject to certain
restrictions.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Baltimore County,
believer they engage in the installation of a system of water
mains for the use of said county and the inhabitants thereof,
shall have the right to connect their said water mains with the
water mains now or hereafter owned or controlled by the
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore at the most convenient
point or points and to draw off from the water mains now or
