erection of a High School Building east of Salisbury; for the
purchase of a site and the erection of a High School Building
west of Salisbury; for the purchase of a site and the erection of
a Colored Industrial School; and for the equipment of all of
the above mentioned buildings.

The Superintendent of Schools, the members of the County
Board of Education, the President of the Board of County
Commissioners, together with Messrs. F. B. Culver and Harry
Messick, all of Wicomico County, shall constitute a committee
of which the Superintendent of Schools shall be ex officio
chairman, and the said Committee, as thus constituted, shall
have full power and authority to select the sites for and deter-
mine the style and character of said school buildings.

The said sum of three hundred thousand dollars ($300, 000)
shall be paid to the Board of Education of Wicomico County,
to be paid over on requisition of the said Board of Education
of Wicomico County on said County Commissioners. The
County Treasurer shall keep a full registry of said bonds with
the names of the purchasers and the amount realized from
said sales, and date of maturity of the several bonds, and when
redeemed, said bonds shall be at once cancelled on the face of
said bonds and on the books of registry, and shall not be again
issued.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That if the Board of
Education of Wicomico County is able to purchase the sites and
erect and equip the buildings as provided for in Section 5 of
this Act, for less than three hundred thousand dollars ($300, -
000), the balance shall be used by the Board of Education of
Wicomico County for the general improvement of public school
building and equipment thereof.

SEC 7. And be it further enacted, That the proceeds from
the sale of the bonds heretofore provided for, shall be paid
by the Treasurer of Wicomico County to the Treasurer of the
Board of Education of Wicomico County on a requisition from
the Board of Education of Wicomico County as other funds are
paid out, and the said Board of Education of Wicomico County
are hereby authorized to make requisition on said County
Commissioners and the said County Commissioners are hereby
directed to pay over the sum realized from the sale of said
bonds, less expense in preparing and issuing said bonds in ac-
cordance with the provisions of this Act, and the Board of
Education of Wicomico County, shall keep a separate account
of the funds so received, and of the expenditures thereof, and
