CHAPTER 215.

AN ACT to change the name of the Maryland Industrial Train-
ing School for Girls to Montrose School for Girls.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Maryland Industrial Training School for Girls
shall hereafter be known as Montrose School for Girls.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That under said name
the said institution and its Board of Managers shall have and
enjoy all the rights, powers and privileges granted to it under
the provisions of Chapter 303 of the Public General Laws of
Maryland of 1918, and any and all Acts amendatory thereof or
supplementary thereto.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That all legacies now
held and existing and all legacies that may hereafter be given
by persons dying after the passage of this Act and all appro-
priations by the State of Maryland, and the City of Baltimore,
and the several counties of the State of Maryland made or con-
tracted for, and gifts, grants and clevises heretofore and here-
after to be made, given, granted, devised or bequeathed to the
said Maryland Industrial Training School for Girls, either
under or by said name, or under its former name of the Mary-
land Industrial School for Girls, or under its former name of
the Female House of Refuge, shall survive and inure to the
benefit of and vest in the Board of Managers of the Montrose
School for Girls, under said name as provided by this Act.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from and after June 1, 1922.

Approved April 13th, 1922.

CHAPTER 216.

AN ACT to authorize and direct the Mayor and Council of
Gaithersburg, Montgomery County, Maryland, subject to
referendum, to construct and operate water supply and sew-
erage systems for the town of Gaithersburg; to provide for
the issuing of bonds for the purpose of such construction and
the levy of taxes and assessments for the payment of said
bonds, and charges and rates for the operation, maintenance,
regulation and control of said systems; and to provide for
the right to purchase and condemn property.
