demption, sinking funds, interest and other particulars, as pro-
vided in Section 309 of this Article for the issue of bonds for
the liquidation of the floating indebtedness of said City.

SECTION 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1922.

CHAPTER 177.

AN ACT to add two new sections to Article 13 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Harford County",
sub-title "Register of Wills", to follow Section 447 and to
be known as Sections 447-A and 447-B; providing for the
purchase of additional steel cases for books and the rebind-
ing of certain books now out of repair, and further pro-
viding for the payment of the bills incurred therefor.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That two new sections be added to Article 13 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Harford County",
sub-title " Register of Wills", to follow Section 447 of said
Article and to be known as Sections 447-A and 447-B, said new
sections to read as follows:

SEC. 447-A. The said Register of Wills be and he is hereby
empowered and directed to buy additional steel book cases
necessary for his office, and have all books and "records therein
which are in bad condition repaired, at a total cost of not more
than one thousand dollars.

SEC. 447-B. All the expenses incurred by said Register of
Wills under the aforegoing section of said Act shall be paid out
of any surplus revenues now in or which may hereafter come
into the hands of said Register.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on the first day of June, 1922.
