it reaches the intersection of North Market and Second streets.
The southern boundary of Precinct No. 5 shall bo the same as
the northern boundary of Precinct No. 3.
The northern boundary of Precinct No. 6 shall begin at the
intersection of North Market and Fourth streets and proceed
eastwardly in the centre of East Fourth street to the corporate
limits. The western boundary of Precinct No. 6 shall begin
at the intersection of North Market and Fourth streets and
continue in the centre of North Market street southwardly
to the intersection of North Market and Second streets. The
southern boundary of Precinct No. 6 shall be the same as the
northern boundary of Precinct No. 4.
The southern boundary of Precinct No. 7 shall begin at the
intersection of North Market and Fifth streets and proceed
in the centre of West Fifth street westwardly to the corporate
limits. The eastern boundary of Precinct No. 7 shall begin
at the intersection of North Market and Fifth streets and pro-
ceed northwardly in the middle of North Market street to
the corporate limits.
The southern boundary of Precinct No. 8 shall begin at the
intersection of North Market and Fourth streets and proceed
eastwardly in the middle of East Fourth street and continuing
in the same direction to the corporate limits. The western
boundary of Precinct No. 8 shall begin at the intersection of
North Market and Fourth streets and proceed northwardly
in the middle of North Market street to the corporate limits.
And the said qualified voters of said City shall vote at
their respective polls for a Mayor, for a City Register and for
five Aldermen, all of which officials shall be voted for at large
by the voters of the entire city.
352. The Governor shall appoint on or before the first
day of April, in the year 1922, unless such appoint-
ment shall already have been made under existing law, and
on or before the same day every third year thereafter, for
the City of Frederick, three persons, who shall constitute
and be styled "The Board of Supervisors of Elections for
Frederick City"; said Supervisors shall be residents and
voters of said city, and two of them shall always be selected
from the majority political party of the State; one from
the minority party; they shall be men of high character and
integrity and of recognized business capacity. Each of said
Supervisors of Elections shall receive the sum of seventy-
