shall receive not less than one hundred ($100) dollars more
than the salary above provided for teachers holding a first
grade certificate.

Section 3. And be it further enacted, That every white
teacher employed as the principal of a public high school of
the first group in Cecil County holding a certificate as required
by the State law for such position shall receive the following
salary per school year: For the first year not less than one
thousand five hundred and fifty ($1,550) dollars; for the sec-
year not less than one thousand and six hundred ($1,600)
dollars; for the third year ndt less than one thousand six hun-
dred and fifty ($1,650) dollars; for the fourth year not less
than one thousand and seven hundred ($1,700) dollars; for
the fifth year not less than one thousand seven - hundred and
fifty ($1,750) dollars; for the sixth year not less than one
thousand eight hundred ($1,800) dollars; for the seventh
year not less than one thousand eight hundred and fifty ($1,-
850) dollars; for the eighth year not less than one thousand
nine hundred ($1,900) dollars; for the ninth year not less
than one thousand and nine hundred and fifty ($1,950) dol-
lars; for the tenth and succeeding years not less than two
thousand ($2,000) dollars.

Every white teacher employed as the principal of a public
high school of the second group in Cecil County holding a cer-
tificate as required by the State law for such position shall re-
ceive the following salary per school year: For the first year
not less than one thousand and three hundred and fifty ($1,-
350) dollars; for the second year not less than one thousand
and four hundred ($1,400) dollars; for the third year not
less than one thousand and four hundred and fifty ($1,450)
dollars; for the fourth year not less than one thousand and
five hundred ($1,500) dollars; for the fifth year not less than
one thousand and five hundred and fifty ($1,550) dollars;
for the sixth year not less than one thousand and six hundred
($1,600) dollars; for the seventh year not less than one thou-
sand and six hundred and fifty ($1,650) dollars; for the
eighth year not less than one thousand and seven hundred
($1,700) dollars; for the ninth year not less than one thou-
sand and seven hundred and fifty ($1,750) dollars) ; for the
tenth and succeeding years not less than one thousand and
eight hundred ($1,800) dollars.
