missioners of Luke, and shall be printed as nearly as practi-
cable in accordance with the following form. The date and
names to be changed, but the names of all candidates for their
particular office to be arranged alphabetically under the proper
designation of the office for which they are candidates.

Vote for four only.

(Same form as above. )

The Mayor and Commissioners of Luke, in addition to the
names of the persons nominated for office at the primary, shall
cause to be placed on said official ballot the names of any
registered voter in said town who shall present to the clerk of
said town a petition asking to be placed thereon, setting forth
his name, residence, age, whether he is a citizen of the United
States and the length of time he lias lived in said town of
Luke and the office which he seeks; provided said petition shall
be signed by at least ten registered voters and is delivered to
said clerk at least five days before the date of election. At
said election no ballots shall be accepted or counted by the
