SEC. 10. And be it further enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That any dealer, person, association or persons,
firm oy corporation violating any of the provisions of this Act,
or any person, firm or agent of any corporation who shall make
any false statement in connection with an application for the
refund of any money or tax as provided in this Act, or who
shall collect or cause to be repaid to him or to any person any
tax without being entitled to the same under the provisions of
this Act, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than
one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment in the
county jail for not more than six (6) months, or by both such
fine and imprisonment.

SEC. 11. And be it further enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That it shall be unlawful for the Comptroller,
or any of the agenta or employees of said Comptroller to dis-
close, except when required so to do in a Court of Law, the
amount of tax paid in pursuance of the terms of this Act by
any dealer or dealers, or any other information contained in
the reports filed by any dealer or dealers under the terms
hereof, and any person violating the provisions of this section
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction
thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not more than five
hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment in the jail for
not more than three (3) months, or by both such fine and
imprisonment.

SEC. 12. And be it further enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That on or before the 15th day of October,
1923, the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles shall report to the
Governor the total receipts from the registration of gasoline
propelled motor vehicles, including motor cycles, less deduc-
tions for refunds, hereinafter referred to as "net receipts," for
the period of one year from the first day of October, 1922, to
the 30th day of September, 1923, inclusive. And the Comp-
troller shall likewise report to the Governor on or before the
15th day of October, 1923, the total net revenue derived from
the one cent tax on motor fuels imposed thereon by an Act
of the General Assembly of Maryland passed at its January
session, 1922, for the purpose of raising additional revenue
to meet the deficit in the maintenance and reconstruction ac-
count of the State Roads Commission, during the period be-
ginning October 1, 1922, and ending September 30, 1923, or
the last twelve months during which said tax was imposed
