MISCELLANEOUS APPROPRIATIONS.

The following appropriations are made from the Special

Funds of the State:

1923.

To Baltimore City, one-fifth of the
receipts of the Motor Vehicle De-
partment after deducting the ex-
penses of that Department' and of
the Traffic Court; the amount
hereby named being an estimate
only, and it being the intention
that the exact amount of this ap-
appropriation shall be one-fifth of
said receipts, whether the same be
more or less than this estimate.....$537,339.00

To the State Roads Commission, for
the use of Baltimore City, being a
sum equal to 'one-fifth of the State
Road Bonds to be issued in 1922,
to be paid from the receipts of
the Motor Vehicle Department... 300,000.00

To the State Roads Commission, for
the use of Caroline, Garrett,
Kent, Prince George's, St. Mary's
and Talbot Counties, to make up
the shares of State-aid due them,
respectively, in case and to the ex-
tent that they avail themselves
thereof, to be paid from the re-
