there organized and authorized to do such business as it desires
to transact in this state.
(b) Filed with the commissioner a copy of its by-laws certi-
fied to by its secretary.
(e) Appointed the insurance commissioner its agent for the
service of process, in any action, suit or proceeding brought in
this state, which authority shall continue so long as any liability
shall remain outstanding in this state.
(d) Filed a financial statement under oath, in such form
as the commissioner may require, and have complied with other
provisions of the laws applicable to the filing of papers and
furnishing information by stock companies applying for
authority to transact the same kinds of insurance.
(e) If organized without the United States, make and main-
tain a deposit, if any, required of a like mutual insurance
company formed in this state for transacting the same kinds of
insurance in the country in which such foreign company is
domiciled.
(f) Its name shall not be so similar to any name already in
use by any such existing corporation, company or association
organized or licensed in this state as to be confusing or mis-
leading.
SEC. 121, Licenses to Foreign Companies. Upon compliance
by any such company organized outside of this state with the
provisions of the preceding section, such company shall be
licensed and authorized to transact business in this state, sub-
ject to all the provisions of the section immediately following
and to the annual renewal of its license at the times provided
for the renewal of licenses of stock insurance companies trans-
acting the same kinds of insurance.
SEC. 122. Taxes, Fees, Reserves, Reports, Examinations,
Publication, etc. Every mutual insurance company, whether
organized within or without this state, shall be subject to all
provisions of the laws of this state relating to policy forms,
the supervision of rates, prohibition of discrimination
rebates, annual reports, reserves, taxes and fees, expect as
herein otherwise provided, that apply or relate to stock insur-
ance companies doing a similar class or classes of business. All
mutual insurance companies incorporated under the laws of
this state shall pay an annual license foe of one dollar, and
