said license, and 110 person shall use or employ any sink box,
stick or floating blind of any description whatever for the pur-
pose of shooting wild water ^owl therefrom in the waters de-
scribed in Section 217C, without such license to so use and
employ said sink box, stick or floating blind, having first been
obtained.
21TF. The time for shooting water fowl in and over the
wraters of Kent County shall be from the 1st day of November
to the 31st day of January, both inclusive, in each and every
year.
218. Any person violating any of the provisions of Sec-
tions 217, 217A, 217B, 217C, 217D, 217E and 217F shall,
upon conviction thereof before any justice of the peace for
Kent County, be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor
more than fifty dollars ($50.00), or be imprisoned in the
county jail for not less than thirty days or until such fine and
costs are paid, but any party against whom any justice of the
peace may render a judgment under this section may at any
time within ten days thereafter appeal from such judgment to
the Circuit Court for Kent County in the same manner as ap-
peals are taken in other criminal cases.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all Acts or parts of Acts
inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be and the same
are hereby repealed, solely to the extent that such Acts or
parts of Acts affect the provisions of this Act.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted., That this Act shall take effect
from the 1st day of June, 1922.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 17
of Article 33 of Bagby's Annotated Code of Maryland,
Title "Elections", as amended by Chapter 1, ACTS 01
1920, EXTRAORDINARY SESSION.
SEC. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland
that Section 17 of Article 33 of Bagby's Annotated Code of
Maryland, Title "Elections" as amended by Chapter 1, Acts
of 1920, Extraordinary Session, be and the same is hereby
