thereafter; that an act, entitled, A supplement to the act, entitled, An act for the destruction of
wolves in Allegany county, passed at November session, seventeen hundred and ninety-eight, chap-
ter four, shall be and is hereby continued until the thirtieth day of October, eighteen hundred and
five, and to the end of the next session of assembly which shall happen thereafter; that an act, en-
titled, A supplement to the act, entitled, An act to regulate and discipline the militia of this state,
passed at November session, seventeen hundred and ninety-eight, chapter one hundred, shall be and
is hereby continued until the thirtieth day of. October, eighteen hundred and live, and to the end
of the next session which shall happen thereafter; that an act, entitled, An act for amending,
and reducing into system, the laws and regulations concerning last wills and testaments, the duties
of executors, administrators and guardians, and the rights of orphans and other representatives of
deceased persons, passed at November session, seventeen hundred and ninety-eight, chapter one
hundred and one, shall be and is hereby continued until the thirtieth ctay of October, eighteen hun-
dred and five, and to the end of the next session of assembly which shall happen thereafter; that an
act, entitled, An act to provide for the administration of justice in cases of crimes and misdemean-
ors in the city and county of Baltimore, passed at November session, seventeen hundred and ninety-
nine, chapter fifty-eight, and the supplement to said act, passed at November session, eighteen hun-
dred, chapter thirty-one, except the first and second sections of the said last mentioned act, also a
further supplement to the said act, passed November session, eighteen hundred and one, chapter
eighty-four, shall be and are hereby continued until the thirtieth day of October, eighteen hundred
and five, and to the end of the next session of assembly which shall happen thereafter; that an act,
entitled, An act to enlarge the powers of the trustees of the poor in the several counties therein
designated, passed ar November session, seventeen hundred and ninety-nine, chapter sixty-five, is
hereby revived and continued until the thirtieth day of October, eighteen hundred and five, and to
the end of the next session of assembly which shall happen thereafter; that an act, entitled, An act
to encourage the destruction of wolves in Baltimore county, passed at November session, seventeen
hundred and ninety-seven, chapter six, shall be find is hereby continued until the thirtieth day of
October, eighteen hundred and five, and to the end of the next session of assembly which shall hap-
pen thereafter; provided nevertheless, that the several acts and supplements thereto, herein men-
tioned, shall be and are hereby dectared subject to any alterations which have been made therein
since the passage of ,the said laws or supplements.

Commissioners
appointed, &c.

BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That William Wilson, of William, George
Patterson, John Clendennen, William M'Math and Alexander Rigdon, be and they are hereby
appointed commissioners of the tax for Harford county, and they, or a majority of them, are hereby
authorised and empowered to exercise all and singular the powers vested by the said original act in
the commissioners therein named

There shall be
a court of ap-
peals, &c.

BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That from and after the first day of March,
eighteen hundred and four, there shall be a court of appeals composed of three persons of in-
tegrity, and sound judgment in the law, who shall be styled in their commissions judge of the Court
of Appeals, whose judgment shall be final and conctusive in all cases of appeal from the court of
chancery, county court, or orphans court, and that the court of appeals shall hold two sessions on
