Gen.l or Lft Gen.ll and Councell shal think fitt to appoint to keep
the same that hereafter upon any urgent or Extraordinary
occasion for the defence of this Province his Lpps officers
and the peeple may be suplied from thence that soe the Inhabitants
of this Province may not have there armes & amunition Lyeable to
the seizure of Press masters and there officers without which armes
they canot as bound by this act appeare at Musters and trainings
without Danger of being fined nor be able to defend themselves in
theire own houses from the suden surprisall of theire Enemies

Bee it Likewise Enacted and ordained by the authority
aforesaid that whatsoever Powder shall be Layd in and Intrusted
by his Lpp in the hands of any the Inhabitants aforesaid for the use
of the county aforesaid shall not be disposed of to any the Inhabitants
or others in sale under pretence of Exchanging the same for fresh
untill such time hee or they so Intrusted as aforesaid shall have
first suplied the Magazeen with the Like quantity of fresh
powder for the service of the county as aforesaid and Bee it
further Enacted
