Chattels Provided she make not her personal appearance
att the next Court to give in Evidence ag.t James Bruard
to which she gave her consent

Hugh Marsh being bound to his good Behavior &c.a
now Appeares and moves this Court that he may be cleared
by Proclamacon

Therfore it is Ordered by this Court that the said Hugh
Marsh be cleared by Proclamacon which was Accordingly
performed
