Abraham sherrin being by the Overseer of the High Wayes
presented for not obeying him being Warned ^&c.a^ and venire accordingly
Issued which sd p.rsentm.t being by the Clk of the Indictm.ts framed
unto a Bill and by the Grand Jury found and returned
Billa Vera the sd Abraham being called to Answer y.e Indictm.ts
now appeares which being Read the said Abraham Sheerin
submits to this Court And is p order of sd Court discharged
from sd Indictm.ts paying his Fees

James Bruard being presented p Grand Jury and being now
called appeares Ordered by this Court that the sd James Bruard
find Security for his good behavior and app.rance att the
next Court

And the sd James Bruard comes againe into Court w.th James
Weyatt his Security and sd the sd James Bruard acknowledgeth
himselfe indebted unto our Soveraigne Lord the King
in the sume of Tenn poundes sterl money of England to
be leavied on his Lands and Tenem.ts goods and Chattels
provided he make not his personal appearance att the
next Court and in the mean time be of good Abearance to
all his Maj.ties good people to which he gave his consent

James Weyatt Acknowlidgeth himselfe indebted to our sover.r
Lord the King in the sume of Five poundes sterl to be leavied
on his Lands and Tenem.ts goods and Chattels provided James
Bruard make not his personal appearance att the next Court
and in the mean time be of good Abearance to all his Majties
good people to which he gave his consent
