Command was given to the sheerif of Kent County the 18.th
day of Feb.ry Anno Dom 1697 that he Leavy by way of
Execucon on the goods Chattels &c.a of John True if any should
be found in his Bailiwick to the value of Three hundred and
Two poundes of Tob debt as allsoe the sume of 146.ll of Tob
cost of suit according to a Judgm.t &c.a to satisfie unto Char
Charles Tilden the sd Debt and cost and that he have
the same before his Maj.ties Justices att the next Court

Att which Court viz the 26.th day of April Anno Dom
1698 the day (by Adjournm.t) of ^returne^ sd Writt came Cap.t Edward
Sweatnam high sheerif of sd County and made returne
of sd Writt in these words viz By Vertue of the within
p.rcept I have Execucon of the goods of the within Named
John True One man Serv.t Knowne by the Name of Dennis
Britton to sattisfie unto the within Named Charles Tilden
his sd Debt and cost as by this precept I am commanded
who remains in my hands for want of buyers Edw
Sweatnam sheft

Therfore it is considered by this Court that the said
Man Serv.t Menconed in the sheerifs returne ^& his hereby^ condemned
for the satisfaction of the Plt Charles Tilden his said
Debt and cost and allsoe that a Venditione Exponas Issue
to the sheerif for sale of him the sd Dennis Britton
