William Baxter being bound by Recognizance before

Ordered by this Court that the sd William Baxter find
security for his good behavior and appearance att next

And the sd William Baxter comes into Court w.th his
security and becomes bound unto our soveraigne Lord y.e
King in the sume of Twenty poundes sterl money of England
to be leavied on his Lands and Tenem.ts goods and chattles
provided he make not his personal appearance att y.e next
Court to Answer unto such matters as shall be objected ag.t
him on his Maj.ties behalfe and in the meane time be of good
abearance towards all his Maj.ties good people to which he gave
his consent
