James Bruard and Richard Burchenal being bound by
Recognizance before M.r Phillip Hopkins now appeares

Ordered by this Court that the sd James Bruard and Richard
Burchenal be committed to y.e sheerif his Custody untill they
find Security for their good behavior and appearance
att next Court

And y.e sd James Bruard comes into Court with his
security and acknowlidgeth himselfe bound unto our Sover
Lord the King in the sume of Twenty poundes sterl
money of England to be Leavied on his Lands and Tenem.ts
goods and Chattels provided he make not his personal
appearance att y.e next Court to be Held for Kent County
and in y.e meane time be of good abearance to all his
Maj.ties good people to which he gave his consent
