Whereas upon representacon that Thomas Burk in Cæcil
County broke his Maj.ties Peace and haveing Escaped from theme
and a venire Issueing from this Court Commanding y.e sheerif
to cause the said Thomas Burke to appeare before his Maj.ties
Justices att this Court who Now appeares

Ordered therfore that the said Thomas Burk find security
for his appearance att the Next Cæcil County Court to Answer
to such matters as shall be objected ag.t him on his Maj.ties behalfe

Thomas Burk acknowlidgeth himselfe indebted to our Sover.n
Lord the King in the sume of Tenn poundes sterl money
of England to be leavied on his Lands and Tenements goods
and Chattels provided he make not his personal appeareance
att the next Cæcil County Court then and there to answer unto
such matters as shall be objected ag.t him on his Maj.ties behalfe
to which he gave his consent

Hugh Marsh acknowlidgeth himselfe indebted to our
Sov.r Lord the King in the sume of Five poundes sterl money
of England to be leavied on his Lands and Tenem.ts goods &
Chattels Provided Thomas Burk doe not make his personal
appearerance att y.e next Cæcil County Court then and there
to Answer unto such matters as shall be objected ag.t him on his
Maj.ties behalfe and in the mean time be of good abearance
to all his Maj.ties good people to which he gave his consent

John Robinson being summoned to this Court to give an
accompt he holdes the Estate of the orphans of Robert
Neeves

Ordered that the said John Robinson bring the said Orphan
to M.rch Court next that the Justices may take such case of sd
orphan as his capacity and Estate shall require and to them
shall seeme meet
