745 M.r Richard Macklin produceth to this Court a Comicon from George Plater Esq appointing him to be Clerk of the Indictm.ts the said Macklin takes the Oathes appointed by Act of Parliament instead of the Oathes of Alleigance and Supremacy and is by this Court admitted according to the Ten.r of said Comicon Patrick Keen serv.t to Cap.t Edward Sweatnam adjudged by this Court to be Fourteen Yeares of Age Simon Wilmer Clk To the Worpp the Justices of the peace for the County of Kent the humble Peticon of Amos Chadburne most humbly sheweth That whereas John Wedge of sd County Decead did give and bequeath (in his last will and Testament) to me the sd Chadburne One Gunn One Yearling Heifer and One Philly Colt which said Legacies Phillip Davis of the sd County Recd & was allowed for the same in his Acc.t w.th the Comissary wherfore Yo.r Peticon humbly desires Yo.r Worshpps will be pleased to Order that the sd Legacies be allowed Your Peticoner out of the Estate of Phillip Davis and Your Peticon.r will ever pray &c.a Cap.t John Hawkins sitts The above Peticon being by this Court duely considered Judgm.t is Awarded for the Lagacies therin Menconed Therfore it is considered by this Court that the Peticoner Amos shadburne doe Recover out of the Estate of Phillip Davis One Gunn One Yearling Heifer and One Philly Colt According to the above Peticon Simon Wilmer Clk |
