according to Act of Assembly To which the defend.t appearing but
makeing no reasonable defence Judgment is Awarded for the
sume of 100.ll of Tobaccoe

Therfore it is considered by this Court that our soveraigne
Lord the King have Execucon ag.t the Defend.t as well for the
aforesaid sume of One hundred poundes of Tobaccoe as
allsoe the sume of Three hundred Thirty and Fower poundes
of Tobaccoe cost of suit
