a Negroe girle by him Tooke of the Estate of James Pooley
and Mary his Wife to sale which said Negroe Girle was
valued att the sume of six poundes sterl upon y.e Oathes
of Two good and Lawfull men as by a certaine schedule
annexd to the said writt doth appeare

Therfore it is considered by this Court that the said six
poundes sterl be & is condemned to the use of the plantif
