Therfore it is considered by this Court that the plt Capt
James Smith doe Recover as well the sume of Fowerteen
hundred ^& sixty^ poundes of Tobaccoe Debt as allsoe the sume of Two
hundred and Fifteene poundes of Tobaccoe cost
