towards sassafras mill and to see the same performed
halfeway Betweene the said River and Mill with
all convenient speed

Ordered by this Court that the several Rules hereafter
Following be observed by the respective persons
therin concerned

That all Accons brought before this Court by any of
the Attornies belonging to the same if the Accon miscarry
by his Neglect or ill Managment wherby his
accon shall make his Client satisfaction

That all declaracons be filed with the Clerk within
