26.th of Octob.r 1672: And is Now Upon y.e file of Records in
w.ch it will more Largly Apeare How y.e s.d Petter Evans
have so many wayes Broaken his Indenture of Leace and
y.e severall Covinants therein Contained The Court s.d at
Kent order A Jury to be Impaneled to make [illegible]
inquiry into y.e true nature of y.e Case And thereupon A jury
was Impaneled & sworne in open Courtt whose names are
Edward Inglish foreman Benja Randall W.m Batman
W.m Deane Walter Kerby [illegible] Whittington Charles [illegible]
[illegible] Lewis [illegible] Thomas Evans Rob.t [illegible]
W.m Dowland y.e s.d Jury after they had heard y.e Wittness
on boath sides y.e jury brought in this Verdict In these [illegible]
Wee Doe fine for y.e plt And that y.e Deft give in good [illegible]
for y.e performance of y.e Agreement w.th ten pounds of tobacco
Damages Edward Inglish foreman here in open Courtt gave [illegible]
