And Seaven poundes of Tobaccoe cost Wee therfore
Command You that by good and lawfull men of Your
Bailwick You make Knowne to the said Robert Smith
if he shall be found in Your Bailwick that he be and
appeare before our Justices att our next Court to be
holden for our said County the second Tuesday in August
to shew cause if any he have wherfore Execucon shall
not be awarded against him for the said Debt and cost
herof &c.a and have &c.a Wittnesse William Frisby Gent
cheif Justice of our said Court this 26.th day of June
in the seaventh Yeare of our Reigne Anno 1695

On which scire facias the sheerif returned served but
the said Robert Smith not App.ring according to the above
scire facias which ^hath^ been continued from Court to Court to this
present day Judgment is Awarded by default

Therfore it is considered by this Court that the plt
William Edwin Doe recover from the defend.t Robert
Smith the sume of Fower Thowsand six hundred poundes
of Tobaccoe Debt and three hundred and seaven poundes of
Tobaccoe cost as aforesaid And allsoe cost of suit in this
Case scire facias
