542 M.r Matthew Eareckson Clk of the Indictments informing this Court that M.r Anthony Workeman and Susanna Harris not with standing their last admonition from the vestry of Kent Island and their fine imposed by this Court doe still frequent the Company of each other to the great scandal both of Christanyty & Civil Goverment which being sufficiently proved to this Court by Lewis Meridith and Robert Harvey THis Court hath therfore fined the said Anthony Workman the sume of Forty shillings for y.e use of the Kings for Entertaining the said Susanna Harris Simon Wilmer Clk Sarah Smith and Elizabeth Webb being p.rsented by the Grand Jury which p.rsentment being dead the Clk of the Indictm.ts desires it may be continued until next court M.r Charles Tilden one of his Maj.ties Evidence being incapable of Attending the Court which accordingly is ordered Simon Wilmer Clk Court adjournes TIll To Morrow 7 of the Clock November y.e 27.th 1695 The same Court sitts againe present as before John Edmundson and Sarah his Wife by Simon Wilmer her Attorny doe Acknowledg a Deed to Thomas Covington for 300.a of Land and likewise to Edward Carrol for One hundred Acres of Land
