ffor want of Justices and no persons nor any advice comeing from
Kent Island and several of the Justices on this side being very sick
it is therefore ordered by this Court that the Court be adjourned
to the Fowerth tuesday in November and farther ordered that
all Writts and processe returnable this day remaine in the sheeriffs
Custody untill the said 4.th Tuesday in November and all persons
[illegible] therin and Jurors Summoned are hereby required to
make them their personal Appearance And likewise
that the Cryer make Proclamacon according to the above
orders which is accordingly performed
