The Court setts againe psent as before
By vertue of a Comission derected to this Court
& M.r Daniell Norris to be high sheriffe of this
County y.e s.d Comission being Read this Court doth
order y.e said M.r Daniell Norris be sworne sheriffe
of said county which is accordingly done
and likewise bond given for y.e due performance
of his said office

This Court doth adjourn for an hour
the Court setts againe as before

The Constables gives in their lists of
Taxables y.e Lists being parfacted & sumed
up doe amount to 459 Taxables

Mark with proves an account against
William Jones for y.e sum of three hundred
thirty six pounds of tobacco

M.r King goes of y.e bench & setts againe

upon y.e pettition of Sarah Coulson admt.rx of
y.e Estate of Andrew Coulson against William
Guerney for twenty one days absenting him
selfe out of his Masters service & and the said
W.m Guerney confessing y.e said twenty one
dayes

This Court doth order y.e said W.m Guerney
to make sattisfactions for y.e Runaway time
as aforesaid

ordered a venire issue for a grand Jury which is
accordingly Issued
