                        Greeting wee command y.u y.t for
late Patrick Gormack marchant if to be
bound in yo.r baliwick soe y.t you have body before
our Justices at our next Court ot be holden for
our said County y.e fourth tuesday in March next
to answer unto Michaell Miller in a plea
of trespass on y.e Case hereof Cause not & have
you there this writt dated this twenty fifty
day of January in y.e fifth year of our Reigne

        Michaell Miller of y.e same County in plea
        of trespass on y.e Case

And whereupon the said Michaell in his proper person
Complaineth & saith that y.e said Pattrick Gormack
An.o 1691 to witt y.e fifteenth day of May & att
severall times since stood Indepted unto ye said
Michaell the sum of fower hundred pounds of
tobacco & 55.ll sterl which said sum of 400.ll tobacco
& fifty five shillings sterling hath been be y.e said
Michaell of him y.e said Pattrick often demanded
but the same hath not paid to y.e damadge of y.e
said Michaell Eight hundred pounds of tobacco and
five pounds sterling & thereupon hee bringeth his
suite &c.a
