Katherine Dayle petitions this Court and for her freedom
against the Ext.rs of her late master Joseph Wickes Deceased
alledging that she was Judged at eighteene years of age
& then she ought to serve but 6 years which is Excepted
this Court having viewed the former Record
soe order y.e s.d Katherine Dayle to be discharged
from her s.d masters

Therefore it is considered by this Court here that
the s.d Katherine Dayle be discharged from her s.d
masters service & goe there of without day

Whereas complaint John            of Talbot
County now liveing with Peeter Peeterson
is likely to be chargable to this County
Ordered that M.r Daniell Norris call the s.d
Peeter Peeterson before him & take security
of him to save y.e County harmless & undamnified
for y.e s.d John

Ordered that Edward Phesto & Elizabeth North
be summoned to the next Court to answer a
presentment found by y.e grand Inquest

Thomas Stevens sworne Constable of
Langfords Bay hundred
