assignes by these p.rsents that they y.e s.d Benjamin &
W.m Parrat their heirs & assignes & all & every other
persons & their heirs haveing or claiming or hereafter
shall or may have or claime any Estate Right title
intrest or demand in to or out of y.e p.rmises or any
part or parcell of them by from or under y.e s.d Benjamin or
W.m Parrot their heirs or assignes shall & will from time
to time & at all times dureing y.e space of seaven years

acknowledge execute & suffer or cause to be made or done

Feofment or Feofments release or Confirmation & by all &
every or any other wayes & means whatsoever as by y.e s.d
Philip Hopkins his heirs or assignes or by his or their counsell
learned in y.e law shall be reasonably Devised advised or
required so as y.e s.d Benjamin & W.m Parrat their heirs
Exct.rs & Admt.rs or any other person or persons be not
who shall be required to make such further assurance be
not compelled to travell further y.n y.e City of S.t Maries
for makeing thereof And Lastly it is covenanted granted
concluded & fully agreed upon by & betweene y.e s.d parties
to these p.rsents that all Feofments & assurances in y.e law
whatsoever had made leavied acknowledged suffered or
done betweene y.e s.d parties to these presents for toching
or concerning y.e s.d parcell or tract of land & all & singular
the other before granted premises with their Rights
members & apurtenances shall be & enure and shall
