335 (172) This Indenture made this thirtyeth day of Ap.ll and in the year of our Lord god one thousand Six hundred and ninty one and in the third year of the reigne of our sovereign Lord and Lady King William & Queen Mary between Thomas Ringold of the one part and Michall Miller of the same County and province of the other part Wittnesseth y.t the sayd Thomas Ringold for the sum of Tenn Thousand pounds of tob undertaken and secured to be well and truly pd by the sayd Michaell Miller to the sayd Thomas Ringold att or before the Ensealing and delivery of these p.rsents y.e receipt wheroff y.e sayd Thomas Ringold doth herby acknowledg & Confess and for divers others good Causes and Considerations him the sayd Thomas Ringold therunto Espeacially moving hath given granted Bargained sold Aliened Enfeoffed & Confirmed unto y.e sayd Michaell Miller his Heires and assignes for Ever A certaine pcell or Tract of Land Scituate and Lying on Kent Island and on the Western side of the sayd Island begining att the Mouth of Crany Creek and Runing Alonge the Bey side south unto The land of the sayd Michaell Miller w.ch he bought of Jon Ellis and soe Along Ellis his Lyne East to the Main Road thence North to y.e Land Called Crany thence west to the Bey side w.th Crany Creek Containing and now layd out for one hundred Acres More or Less Called by the name of Grayfford w.ch for bargained p.rmissess together w.th all woods Underwoods water water Course Rights priviledges decents Commodities Heriditament and appurtenances whatsoever to the sayd bargained p.rmisses belonging or in anywise appertaining and all the Estate right & Interest Claime & demand what soever of him the sayd Thomas Ringold of in and to the sayd bargained p.rmisses and all Pattents Evedence [illegible] minuments and writing touching or Concerning the sayd bargained p.rmisses Together w.th reversion or reversions remainder or remainders |
